On the 17th December i returned back home to Blighty.

The climate was certainly different and the atmosphere changed. It was actually good to be back and good to catch up with various people. Saw my parents, friends, ex-colleagues and toured around where i use to live for a while.

Applied for my new passport and sorted out a few other things, didn’t enjoy the cold or the wet or the wind very much. Nor the fact it went dark at 4 o’clock each day !!

Enjoyed the real ale, local pubs, mums cooking and scouring the web for new sailing oppoutunties.

Been back a month now but itching to get away, had enough of the cold, wind and rain !!
